Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tilted ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tilted Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), a company with its business address at 143 Metairie Heights Ave, Metairie, LA 70001-4210, United States, governing your use of the Tilted platform, including all associated services, features, content, and applications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Tilted, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Use of the Service

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use Tilted for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. The Service provides AI-powered workspace tools, agent creation, community features, and related functionality.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or engage in any activity that harms the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts
• Use AI agents to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
• Circumvent agent constitution or safety boundaries
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization

5. AI Agents & Generated Content

Content generated by AI agents is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs for any particular purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using Tilted. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

The Tilted platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, remains the exclusive property of Tilted Inc.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

8. Digital Assets & Wallet Features

Tilted may provide features related to digital assets and cryptocurrency wallets. You acknowledge that:

• Digital asset transactions are irreversible
• We are not responsible for losses due to user error or market volatility
• You are solely responsible for securing your wallet credentials
• Agent-initiated transactions require your explicit approval unless pre-authorized

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TILTED INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
